Hello,
Reset the settings to default; in the Boot or Boot/Security options, you should be in UEFI.
We can try to repair the Windows boot:- Download the Windows 10 installation ISO: https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10
- Prepare an installation media on a USB key or DVD.
- Boot from the prepared USB key: How to boot the computer from a USB key
Once booted from the key, go to repair the computer.
Advanced options
then system repair tools.
See if this allows you to repair the Windows 10 boot.
If not,
return to repair the computer with the USB key > Advanced options > command prompt.
On the crashed computer, use the Diskpart utility to wipe everything.
On the first window of the Windows installation, click repair then command prompt.
In the command prompt, type diskpart and press enter
This will enter the diskpart interface
inside type:select disk 0
list partition
list volume
exit
Provide the result.
Then type bcdedit /v
provide the result.
You can take photos and provide them as screenshots.
