invasion de trojan Résolu

bonsoir,

j'ai besoin d'aide.
Je n'arrive pas à supprimer les trojans que j'ai sur mon ordi et ca fait des jours que celà dur.

au départ j'ai lancé Avast qui m'a averti que j'avais un Cheval de troie.

Donc voilà ce que j'ai fait
j'ai télécharger c cleaner + spybot + avg anty spyware

1 - j'ai lancé avast qui m'a sorti 4 cheval de troie et des logiciels infectés et ne veut pas les supprimer ni les mettre en quarantaine car le logiciel ne le supporte pas 

2 - j'ai lancé un mode sans échec

https://www.bitdefender.fr/
et copie colle le résultat ici
* En bas, à gauche de la fenêtre, clique sur BitDefender SCAN ONLINE
* Dans la nouvelle fenêtre, clique sur I agree
* La fenêtre change encore, clique sur Click here to scan
* Les signatures se chargent, etc.

ton hijack est mal placé , rend toi sur ce site ( désintalle hijack auparavant), enuite réinstalle le en le renomant stp

1/vundo:



    Télécharge VundoFix.exe (par Atribune) sur ton Bureau.
    http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4
    Double-clique VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer.

    Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo.
    Lorsque le scan est complété, clique sur le bouton Remove Vundo.
    Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES
    Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers.
    Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va s'éteindre ("shutdown") ; clique OK
    Démarre ton PC à nouveau. 




2/virtumonde:



Télécharge VirtumundoBegone sur le bureau:
http://secured2k.home.comcast.net/tools/VirtumundoBeGone.exe

Double clique ensuite sur VirtumundoBeGone.exe et suis les instructions.
Une fois terminé, redémarre et poste le rapport VBG.TXT créé sur le bureau dans ta prochaine réponse avec un nouveau rapport HijackThis.
Ne t'inquiète pas si tu vois un message Ecran bleu "Erreur fatale", c'est normal et attendu


3/ reposte 1 hijack euh bien placé ^^ sur c: directement avec le nom que tu veux

* ferme toutes les applications ouvertes y compris Internet Explorer et clique sur "fix checked"

puis

Télécharge OTMoveIt (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt.exe


double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
copie la liste qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous,
et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved.

poste le rapport situé dans C:\\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.

il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression.
si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.

puis


rend toi sur virus total pour faire analyser ce fichier

tu posteras le rapport généré ici ensuite

tu feras une recherche car le nom n'est pas inscrit en entier pour

CCLEANER => OK PAS DE SOUCI
SPYBOT => OK pas de mouchard
Mode sans échec SDFIX => NO TROJAN donc OK
et 
une analyse AVAST qui m'a trouvé

Rend toi sur ce site https://www.kaspersky.fr/?domain=webscanner.kaspersky.fr
- Clique sur l'image de droite Kaspersky Online scanner
-- Une notice s'affichera , clique sur le bouton j'accepte (après en avoir pris connaissance bien sur)
note: Si le scanner n'a pas encore été installé (ActivX) un message te demandera si tu accepte ou non de le faire.
-- L'installation et la mise à jour de la base antivirale se feront automatiquement.
* Clique sur Suivant
* Clique sur le bouton paramètres d'analyse
-- à l'option analyser avec la base antivirus suivant :
---- [X] étendue
-- dans les options d'analyse contrôle que les cases suivantes soient cochées
---- [X] analyser les archives
---- [X] analyser les bases de messagerie
-- Clique sur le bouton OK
* choisis Poste de travail pour lancer le scan
* Une fois le scan terminé sauvegarde le rapport Clique sur Enregistrer rapport sous
-- Pour le retrouver facilement met le sur le bureau
-- dans nom de fichier entre Kaspersky
-- A type de fichier choisis text file (*.txt) puis clique sur le bouton enregistrer
* Fais un copier coller du contenu de ce fichier dans ta prochaine réponse.

donc pour continuer, je voudrais plusieurs choses pour vérification

ensuite, je m'interroge, je vois que tu as mis bitdefender8, ce n'était pas ce que je souhaitais, je te demandais de faire un scan antivirus en ligne, maintenant tu te retrouves avec 2 AV
néanmoins je ne vois pas Avast dans le démarrage, peux tu me dire quel est maintenant ton antivirus que tu gardes en résident stp.

on passe à la suite

* Double clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau et laisse-toi guider.

    * Au menu principal, choisis 2 et valide.

    * Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC

    * Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts

    * Appuie sur une touche comme demandé. (si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même)

    * Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle.

* Patiente jusqu'au message : *** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***

    * Le Bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.

    * Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver.

    * Referme le Bloc-Notes. Ton bureau va réapparaître.

* Note : Si ton bureau ne réapparaît pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.

    * Rends-toi à l'onglet "Processus", clique en haut à gauche sur > Fichiers et choisis > Exécuter

je ne vois pas trace d'avast au démarrage. Ton icone avast se trouve t elle à côté de l'horloge dans ton systray ?

je ne vois que bitdefender. D'ailleurs tu n'as pas répondu bitdefender tu l'as installé sur le pc ? au lieu de faire le scan en ligne ?

tu n'as pas répondu non + à ceci, donc je suppose qu'il ne s'y trouvait ps...???

donc tu vas faire ceci pour vérif stp :

* Télécharge SmitfraudFix de S!Ri, balltrap34 et moe31

http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe

* Installe le à la racine de C
 
* double clic sur l'exe pour le décompresser et lancer le fix.
Utilisation ----- option 1 - Recherche :
* Double clique sur smitfraudfix.cmd 
* Sélectionne 1 pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l'infection.
* Poste le rapport ici
process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

mais non, ils sont cantonnés dans ta restauration système, rien de méchant, il faudra la désactiver, rebooter ton pc, et recréer un nouveau point de restauration système, et la réactiver également

AVAST apparait il maintenant dans ton systray ou non ?

bonjour, j'allais te le proposer pour avast, mais je vois que tu l'as fait, c'est donc parfait. Pour ton autre question, je te donne la manip à effectuer * démarrer-----------panneau de configuration------------système---------- onglet Restauration système-----------coche la case (Désactiver la restauration système)-------------- redémarre l'ordinateur réactive la ensuite autre chose également * Tu peux supprimer tous les logiciels que nous avons utilisés * Pour améliorer la sécurité de ton PC prend quelques instants pour lire CECI * Dénonce ton infection pour faire condamner les auteurs. Crée un message pour faire avancer les choses sur Malware-Complaints, nous devons être les plus nombreux possibles, alors rends compte de ton infection : - Voir les règles du forum : https://malwarecomplaints.info/ - Après t'être enregistré à l'aide du bouton en haut se nommant "Register" Si tu as plus de 13 ans, choisir : "I Agree to these terms and am over or exactly 13 years of age" Si tu as moins, clique sur : "I Agree to these terms and am under 13 years of age" Tu as alors sous forme de liste un sujet par type d'infection (Look2Me, Smitfraud, SpywareQuake etc..). La tienne = ****** ---> https://malwarecomplaints.info/ Si le malware que tu as eu n'apparaît pas dans la liste, ou si tu ne sais pas par quoi tu étais infecté(e), crée un message dans le sujet Autres infections conforme au règle du forum (age, ville, département etc..)
