Hello everyone, since yesterday I haven't been able to connect to the server of my game, so I missed a quest that I was supposed to complete within a set time, and I couldn't play all day yesterday, nor this morning. If you could provide me with the reason, I would be grateful. I play on an iPad and my ID is as follows: 8344-DC4. Thank you for your quick response.

    Hello,

    Have you tried with another device?

    For your iOS:

    A restart (ON OFF)?

    A complete restart of the iOS?
    Charge for at least 10 minutes.
    Do not unplug & Press the Power button and the Home button (center bottom) simultaneously for 30 seconds.
    Depending on the iOS:

    Is the iOS up to date?
    => It may be that iOS 12 is not available:

    => Without the latest version of the app, some games no longer work....
    => For my part, it is impossible to use the Bottle app and the Casual Arena game with my iOS 9...

    Then if it doesn’t work, hold the app icon for 5 seconds:

    A) Complete uninstallation
    B) Restart of the iOS.
    C) Sign out and sign back in to Apple account - iCloud ID
    C) App Store => Installation.
    D) Identification again.

    [ Starting from iOS 11, there are temporary uninstallations:
    Settings => General => Storage, no particular backup in the internal memory as you mentioned the word "server" so it’s better to uninstall completely. ]
