Hello. I wanted to order the PS4 + FIFA + second controller pack on Cdiscount. When it came time to pay, I selected the Cdiscount card which said it gives me a 20% discount. I chose payment in 5 installments, validated, and then landed on a Credit Mutuel page asking for a code that was sent to me by SMS. The only problem is that the SMS mentions an amount of 379 euros and doesn't even specify that it's a payment in installments. I would like to know if this is normal or if an error has occurred.     Hello;

    Unless I'm mistaken, your bank gives the authorization for a total payment of €379 and doesn't "care" if this payment will be made in one go or in several installments!
    This "arrangement" is between you and the seller and doesn't concern your banker!
    Nothing prevents you from sending a message to the seller for confirmation... but in principle, you should have received an acknowledgment of receipt of your order with the payment terms.

      The SMS you received from your bank is time-limited, and if not validated, your order should not be accepted by the seller since they do not have the bank's approval for the transaction!
