Alcatel XL375 displays "Busy"

Question

Alcatel XL 375 duo continuously displays BUSY, cannot make or receive calls, no manual, nothing to resolve this issue??? In summary.....I no longer have a phone, and I am disabled!

I have the Orange Livebox Play. I disconnected my Alcatel XL575 from the decoder and restarted it. Once the decoder was restarted, I reconnected the phone and restarted the decoder again. The line came back. It might be worth first resetting the phone's connections to reinstall it as if it were the first time.

Is the phone connected to the box?  Unplug the box for a moment  Otherwise, you need to call the phone provider

Are both handsets displaying "Busy"?
It could be that you are in a call between the two handsets...
Try picking up and then hanging up the other handset (using the handset buttons).

When you cut the power supply to the base, did you also remove the batteries from both handsets?

Then restart the procedure by unplugging the power supply of the base and removing the batteries from both handsets. Wait 1 minute and reconnect the base to the power supply, then insert the batteries into the handsets (be careful with the polarity).

I feel the same way, I just bought the XL385 DUO and it lasted only 3 days before keeping the line busy permanently. I just tested it with another landline phone, and the line is working fine.
Definitely do not buy the XL385 DUO!
