Is the Sierra operating system compatible with Photoshop CS4?

Can I consider installing the El Capitan system on a 2017 MacBook Pro that is running Sierra? This system suits me perfectly and I will be able to continue using my current software and peripherals.

Cs4 is not supported by mac osx sierra and the installer may not work properly, but there is still a procedure to install it => https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/install-creative-suite-mac-os-sierra.html

Hello,

A MacBook Pro 2017 was shipped with MacOS 10.12.5 by Apple and it will never be able to accept a system older than that.
