Hello, purchase of front headlight for Audi TT MK2, one bracket broke on one of the headlights less than 1 year ago. I’m waiting for the customer service response. As for the order and delivery, there were no issues. Now, we'll see about the reliability of the customer service. I'll keep you informed of their response. It's on this aspect that we can judge a site.

It's a site that sells mediocre quality Asian products that break down quickly. Personally, I have experienced it and I regret it. (Over 500 euros lost) On top of that, the customer service is useless. Very, very bad experience with my car.

I ordered 2 bulbs on this site and one of the bulbs works less well than the other if that can help you.

Response received, I quote: "Items broken after installation or use of our products are not covered under warranty.
If the mount is broken, it means something was improperly positioned or there was a shock."

Good to know that for the warranty to apply, do not install or use your new headlight!?

For your information, the headlight was installed nearly a year ago with the original mounts and position and there was no shock. A defect in the plastic would be another cause of a hidden defect that should be covered under warranty.

In conclusion, despite a good experience during the purchase, I am disappointed with the response from customer service that does not hesitate to blame me without questioning the quality of the product; moreover, not guaranteeing a headlight after installation is absolute nonsense.

I purchased 2 ultraMini H4 LED bulbs 10000 lumens 6000K - Pure White on 01/28/2024. What can I say!! Terrible, terrible, terrible bulbs; the lighting is very, very poor, you can't even listen to the radio because of the interference, even though the bulbs are advertised as defect-free!! Blah blah blah. Definitely do not make this purchase.

I ordered a bumper for F30 of M2 type and it arrived in good condition despite the box being slightly jostled during transport.
I recommend this site.

Hello,

The Yakaequiper site is not serious, the products are worthless...
I bought side skirts for a Golf 7 and the problem is that they are impossible to install, even by professionals; let's just say for amateurs it's not even conceivable.
The worst part is that the site refuses to acknowledge the mediocrity of their products and consequently refuses to refund or even replace...
Avoid at all costs, but that said, I recommend autodc which is in Belgium and has well-made adaptable products.

Hello, since the site opened I have always ordered my car parts from it and I have never had any problems. So I don't understand some people who criticize the site after ordering only once. I have already purchased headlight bulbs, body parts, and other accessories without any problems and with quick delivery compared to other sites. I recommend this site which is straightforward and clearly explains the products compatible with your car; if you have any doubts, just ask. Serious site and attractive prices.
