Mouse that opens files without clicking them

A mouse must pointer and it is by clicking that a file is usually opened. With my mouse, it has become hell on social networks. I only hover over an address and it opens without me having clicked on it. On Facebook, it opens every page I hover over. I’ve gotten to the point of circling my screen to avoid passing over a contact's photo and having my mouse open it for no reason. What can I do to return to “pointer and click” being mandatory to open a file or an address or a Facebook page?

    All this opens as soon as you hover over it, if I understand correctly? Never if you don’t hover over it?

      Ok. To start, perform all the updates in that folder update and then update all your drivers from this site: touslesdrivers.com
      Also try changing the mouse.
