Hello everyone,
I'm having a problem with my keyboard on a Samsung J7 2016; actually, the keyboard was working fine, but after a mistaken maneuver on the text area, the keyboard disappeared and I no longer have a keyboard. Right after that, since my phone has a password, the phone got locked, and to unlock it, it asks me for a password, but when I try to enter the password, the keyboard doesn't appear anymore. So please try to help me dear internet users.

Hello,
You can try doing a force restart: long press the power button until it turns off. Then turn the smartphone back on.
