Hello,
Following a bluescreen from my computer, which has no issues or damaged hardware, for the past few months, once turned on, it shuts down and restarts in a loop.
However, today I tried again, and it states that to access recovery options, I need to log in with a local user.
Only offering me:
-HomeGroupUser$
-PLAY
I tested all possible passwords I use, and neither user wants to log in, so my question is:
Is there a defined password, or is it a password that I set myself and don't remember?
And is there a way to bypass this?
Thank you in advance.
Configuration: Android / Chrome 64.0.3282.156
