Hello.
My operator is IAM (Morocco). I reset my Nokia G-240W-A router (fiber) and since then I can no longer modify the existing WAN! I need to enter my username and password!!
Any ideas, please?

When you reset the router, did you press the reset button briefly (1s or 2s) or very long (more than 10s)?

The login is AdminGPON (A capital).

Hello,

Connect your computer to your Nokia router using an Ethernet cable.
Open a web browser (Firefox or another) and type in the following address:

http://192.168.1.254

You should arrive at a page asking for a login/password.
If you have forgotten the login/password, press the reset button for at least 10 seconds and the default login/password should be displayed.
For more details, see chapter 4.2 of this document: https://fccid.io/pdf.php?id=3068923 You will also find the procedure for WAN configuration (see: Procedure 4-11 WAN networking configuration)

Check that you have a router model G-240-A
And if so, to make sure you provide the correct password, copy/paste ALC#FGU

If you check "PPPoE" instead of "IPoE", it should allow you to change some things, but is it the right configuration for your provider? That's a mystery!

The correct configuration is PPPoE but I cannot select it!!!!

Are you logged in as "userAdmin" (default user) or "adminGPON" (superuser)?
