Startup issue with "shadow of the tomb raider"

Hello,

here is my problem: on WINDOWS 10, I have a game installed but I can't get it to start.
It is "shadow of the tomb raider".
What I don't understand is that I also have another game installed, which starts up immediately!!
If there is someone among you who could give me information about this, I would be very grateful, as I've been struggling with this problem for several days now!!

    I have the same problem but with an error message stating that my graphics configuration is insufficient, but after checking, I have everything I need.
    Even running the game with the graphics settings at minimum doesn't help :'(
