Stuck screw on my controller

Good evening, I want to disassemble my controller but the last screw won't come out because the head is damaged, so I can't do it with my screwdriver. Does anyone have a tip? Thank you.

    Hi,

    Try putting a piece of elastic between the screwdriver and the screw head.
