Thomson 55UC6596 Soundbar and TV

Hello,

I have a Thomson 55UC6596 TV with Bluetooth. I bought a soundbar to put on my couch for better audio from the TV. However, the sound from the soundbar is out of sync with the picture, and the sound no longer comes from the TV when the soundbar is connected.
Can you help me?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 70.0.3538.80

    There is a delay setting in the audio menu of the TV.
    How is this soundbar connected to the TV?
