Hello, it's impossible to activate the iPad Air, even through the Mac and iTunes, the server is unreachable. When I turn it on with the home button, I was able to choose the language, country, and region. Can someone help me? A big thank you because a little girl is eagerly waiting for her new toy.

Hello,
An iPad Air must be able to connect to a Wi-Fi network to contact Apple servers. However, you are getting the message "server unreachable," which makes me think that you may have forgotten to allow this new device on your Wi-Fi network in your ADSL box...
Can you check that?
