Send iMessages without a SIM card

Hello, I have an iPhone 5s and I want to send iMessages, but the problem is that there is an error message saying "Not MMS" (note, I don't have a SIM card).

    Hello,

    iMessages can be sent between iOS devices and Macs using an internet connection.

    To use iMessage, the option must be enabled on your iPhone in Settings > Messages, as well as on your correspondent's device.
