Hello,

I just received my order that I placed on the website https://www.nike.com/fr/fr_fr/
Unfortunately, the contents of the package do not include the entirety of my order.
I ordered a tracksuit and only the jacket is included; the pants are missing.
I couldn't find on their website how to file a complaint.
Could someone help me by indicating how to proceed to make a complaint, for example?

- Either you contact them with your order number handy at 01 70 48 90 73 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Or you go to your online order tracking where you will have the option to open a claim.
