Hello everyone,

As you know, my question is in the title. It has been about a month since I ordered this new box and so far, I notice that only the phone and the wifi network are working. However, the television is not working at all. I have indeed connected the HDMI cable, but the screen is still blue. Even with the help of the instruction manual, I can't find the solution. Moreover, the manual advises me to press the "Source" button, but this time, there is no trace of that button.

If you could help me or point me to links to tutorials or videos that could help me resolve my problem, please don't hesitate.

Hello,
contact Free via FaceToFree, you can also reach them at 3244 if you can't get through the first time at 3244 and you're told that due to a large number of calls blah blah blah... call back immediately and after 4 or 5 times you'll get through.
