Av1 aucun signal

Hello, I have a Samsung television that shows "AV1 no signal" and suddenly no channel is available from one day to the next. What should I do? When I turn it off and on again, it's the same thing. Thank you for finding a solution for me.

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 602.1

    Good evening,
AV1 is a video input and if nothing is plugged into it, it makes sense... you need to select antenna.
What is the full model number of this TV?

Thank you for your help, I only have the antenna cable connected and the one for the TV.

Yes, but are you sure about the antenna input and not AV1?
      And I already asked you:
What is the complete reference of this TV?
On the nameplate at the back, on the invoice, the packaging box.

Bonsoir, "no signal" is displayed when trying to search for disappeared channels. I can no longer access the menu, neither the TV, nothing works. Thank you.

Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes, and then plug everything back in.
If that doesn't work and you can access the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

Thank you for the reference, but right now, I have an absolute emergency, drinks!!!
Try this, it might work for a Samsung:
press and hold the "EXIT" button on the remote for more than ten seconds, a hidden menu will open and you should find a "reset" or "factory settings" or "initial setup" line, go down to it and press OK and don't touch anything else
Sorry but see you tomorrow, I'm thirsty...;)
