Unable to access the URSSAF website

Good evening everyone,
I am here to seek your help. I am on MAC OS Mojave (all updates installed) and I use Safari as my browser. The problem is the same, regardless of the internet network used:
For the past few weeks, I have been trying to access the URSSAF website, without success, while my friends can do so perfectly.
Indeed, when I try to access the site, Safari shows me ""Safari can't open the page 'https://www.urssaf.fr' because Safari can't establish a secure connection to the server 'www.urssaf.fr'.
The same thing happens when I try with Firefox or Chrome, which in turn tells me ""This site is unreachable www.urssaf.fr closed the connection unexpectedly. Try the suggestions below:
Check your connection
Check your proxy and firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED"
I absolutely do not understand what could be blocking this official site...

Hello,
You can do this in Safari:
- menu "Safari -> Preferences" tab "Advanced":
° Check the option "Show Develop menu in menu bar"
° Close the Preferences window
- menu "Develop -> Empty Caches"
Try now with this link: https://www.urssaf.fr/portail/home.html
