Then you mention an IPTV on the TV... is it an app integrated into the TV or is it through an IPTV box (which one?)

In any case, Netflix has TV and mobile apps (Android, Tizen, iOS, etc.) on most devices, just install it and use it.

Since all TV boxes over the internet use IPTV.

IPTV is in no way illegal. It's like saying torrenting is illegal. What is illegal are the uses that can be made of it, but those are not systematic. ;-)

Besides, why would Apple sell its Apple TV if... it's illegal? :-(

It's a protocol and a method used to transmit TV streams over IP. The TV boxes that operators provide for watching television with your internet box is also IPTV. Not to mention the IPTV solutions provided by certain channels via their streaming apps, I'm thinking of channels that offer specific packages like C+, etc. And I'm not even talking about Netflix which is also IPTV. In short, everything that involves video broadcasting via Unicast...
