Hello,
My son dropped the Freebox modem, it opened a bit, meaning the display came loose, so the time doesn't show. But everything works normally. What should I do... do you think Free will charge me anything?

Hello,
Here's what Free says, consequently they will ask you for €200 for the broken Freebox: 
in case of incomplete return of
the Freebox or if it is in poor working condition or in case of damage attributable
to the subscriber, excluding cases of inherent defects of the equipment, Free will charge the
flat-rate compensation mentioned in the Pricing Brochure.

• For the Freebox Revolution package with TV by Canal Panorama and the Freebox Revolution package: Server €250, Player €250, defective CD/DVD/BR player €50, aesthetic defect €20, Freeplug €40 each, remote control €20, Game Controller €10, Femto box €100, fiber kit (patch cord and SFP) €30, Fiber box €90, mini 4K Player €200.
• For the mini 4K Freebox package: mini 4K Server €200, mini 4K Player €200, remote control €20, fiber kit (patch cord and SFP) €30, Fiber box €90, Freeplug €40 each.
• For the Crystal package (in unbundled zone): ADSL box €150, HD TV box €200, HD Light TV box €150, Freeplug €40 each, remote control €10
• For the Crystal package (in non-unbundled zone): ADSL box €150
