Smart TV menu lock

Hello, I recently bought a Philips television, the 50PUS6203. It’s a Smart TV.
And when I install a new app on my TV, I can't use it. A page opens with a lock icon.
I see this lock icon on my Smart TV home page. (see photo at the bottom in the middle)
I can't find how to unlock it.
The apps that were initially installed work normally, it’s only the ones I add.

Hello and welcome to the forum,
When it comes to apps, manufacturers and distributors do whatever they want, and you have no choice but to accept what's offered, knowing that an app can disappear overnight... personally, I have a LG, at first I had an Orange app that provided access to lots of radio stations, app suddenly removed without warning during an update, for replay, I had pluzz and Arte +7, also disappeared, as for MyTF1, I only have paid VOD, on the M6 replay site, I am asked to download a "player" but "download impossible", it's all a matter of agreements with the owners of the apps and the TV brand, a question of money, so not so smart these TVs, right? ..;-(
