Hello,
I have a Samsung plasma TV and since this evening channel 7 is locked and it asks me for a code. The code is fine, but I absolutely did not set up parental controls or lock this channel! Can you help me, it drives me crazy.

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 9.0

      Good evening and thank you for your response.
      apparently, it's because of the broadcast
      on channel seven (7) it was a movie rated for audiences 16 and older (The Last Tango in Paris)
      so the parental control code was required
      even though I never set up a code, you need to enter the default installed code (see the television manual)
      once the movie finished everything went back to normal!
