Android X96 mini and X96 mini Max box won't turn on

Hello,
One week ago, my X96 mini box stopped working when I clicked the power button on my remote, and the box stayed red.
I bought a new box, the max version, and the installation went without any issues, but the next day I encountered the same problem; it won't turn on anymore.
I’ve tried the methods to reset it, but it doesn't work. Thank you for your help.

First, try completely unplugging the X96 mini box from the power outlet for 5 minutes, then plug it back in.
If that doesn't work, test another power adapter or HDMI cable (the issue often comes from the power supply).
As a last resort, a reset with a toothpick in the small "AV/Reset" hole at the back may solve the problem.
