Hi,
The difference is the amount of VRAM. The memory dedicated to graphical instructions executed. The equivalent of RAM, but for the graphics card.
Today, for example, it is rather advised to have 4GB of VRAM to be comfortable as a gamer, because games are increasingly demanding in VRAM.
The bus width isn’t that important in itself, as it mainly depends on the memory present.
