Hello everyone,
I got my father a free plan for €2 because he has a very low phone usage.
Recently, he started taking pictures and likes to send them via MMS or email.
He is also discovering some GPS functions.
In short, he is a beginner and doesn't understand the limits of his plan very well.
So far, I had disabled the data options. He had Wi-Fi when he got home.
Then he switched to a Windows Phone which sent him an alert as soon as he approached the limit of his plan configured at 50 MB. It was incessant and overwhelming.
Recently, I switched him to an iPhone for the backup and photo sharing features. Everything is fine on Wi-Fi. Data usage obviously leads to problems.
Then I thought, "What if there was an option for an extra €2 to add a bit of data?”
But I couldn't find anything. Do you know of such an option?
I am a Freebox user and his plan costs me €0 today.
