Scaling a Plan in InDesign CC

Hello, I have a problem. I created a plan at a 1:1 scale, well the scale Illustrator you know, and I would like to change this plan to a specific scale, like 1:2000. Is there a command to do that?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 67.0.3396.99

    Maybe by the % or by a defined value (since you know the scale)...

    Ctrl+A to select all elements and then apply the command...
    Normally it should work.
