I want to hide columns in filtered views. I have colleagues who use filtered views, and I would like to hide certain columns that aren't useful to them, in order to lighten the visual

There is no link between filtered or unfiltered tables, on one hand, and hidden or unhidden columns, on the other.
So you just need to use custom views.
