I lost my SIM card and I bought a new SIM card. I want to keep my old number because I use it for my administrative contacts and other very important matters for me. Could you help me recover my number? Thank you for responding.

    Hello, you need to contact your operator and let them know that you have lost your SIM, they should replace it without losing the number.
    If you purchased a new SIM without contacting the operator, you cannot retrieve the old number on the new SIM.
