Recover photos from a stolen SD card

Good evening,
I don't know if any of you can help me, but I have a problem. A month ago, I lost my phone at a concert. I managed to get it back at the lost and found, but when I picked it up, I realized that my SD card was missing, along with all my photos that were on it. I hadn't synced with Google, and I think that was the only storage space they were in. But now it's really bothering me, so I looked online a bit and saw that there is an app called Fonelab, but if I understand correctly, they mostly talk about photos deleted from an SD card, not about the lost card itself.
What I'm thinking is that with all the storage possibilities available today, and given that all the photos were taken with my phone's camera, does anyone know if there is an app, a way, or a place where all of that could have been stored so that I can recover them?
If it exists and someone can help me, that would be really kind, thank you...
