Hello, I have a problem with easyphp. I installed easyphp, but when I start easy, this message appears: "unable to retrieve the file hashes." To be precise, the Apache server and MySQL are both activated, but if I check the log file, there are Apache errors and MySQL errors. I looked in easyphp in the apache folder, the fourth folder after conf is named error. When I go to local web, it says error 500. I cannot access my file installed in easyphp www.

    Hello,
Even though easy php "installs" a MySQL database... your question seems more related to the software itself... so it would have been better to place your question in the "software" forum... or at worst... webmaster.
    But anyway...

Just in case, could you try to disable automatic updates for easyPHP?
(Configuration => EasyPHP => Check for new versions at startup)

    Then stop/restart the software...

By the way, if you're not required to use easyphp, I recommend using instead (in order of my preference)
      XAMPP / UWAMP / WAMP

      - XAMPP is, I think, the most efficient and the one I've never had issues with during installation or use
      - Uwamp.. can run from a USB drive... that's really convenient
      - WAMP: the most widespread.. but often causes installation problems
