Creating a team directory

Hello,
I am going to create a photo directory that will contain just under 150 entries.
What I would like is to determine a model, for example, a box the size of a business card with 4 fields.
field 2: Last name + first name
field 1: a photo field 3: additional info 1
field 4: additional info 2
I have all this data (except for the photos) in Excel and I’m unsure about which program to choose to create my photo directory, preferably by importing my data from Excel.
So I would like to program it in such a way that depending on the box, it will look for the information that corresponds to the person to whom this frame is dedicated.
What are the possible alternatives?
Stay in Excel?
Use VISIO?
Other ideas?
