Unable to access the French version on Netflix

Hello,

A few days ago, the series I watch on Netflix are only available in original language, and some films I had already watched in French are now only available in original language. I changed my Netflix account language to "French," but nothing helps.

      I was already using French for audio languages, thanks anyway
      I discovered that some series are available in several languages, but the series I used to watch in French before haven't found the bizarre French dub ..
      I think the problem comes from Netflix; after uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing happens.
      I will try to contact them ...
