Hello
my issue is that I no longer have access to the Chat NRJ .. as soon as I connect, my page changes and a hand appears that takes up the whole screen and it says " Ad blocker detected.

please how to do it How to disable my ad blocker? knowing that I don’t have an adblock ... thank you

      Hello,
      whether it's Chrome or Firefox, it's the same. I only note that at home I didn't have this problem, but at work there is a connection with the proxy and the license shows me this thing. I hope there’s a solution.... thank you.

        In Chrome or Firefox, go to the settings then to extensions.
        If you have an ad blocker, that’s where it is located.

      Hello,

      I have the same problem, I've tested it on Firefox, Chrome, and IE, always the same message, and I have no ad blocker.
