Hello,
When I try to pause a television program with the Free remote control, a message says that it's impossible. Furthermore, I can't adjust the volume with that remote. This happens for channels 1 to 19. For the others, it works. I have unplugged the box and then the server, restarted Free, recalibrated the remote, checked the batteries, but nothing works. Can someone help me because I can't get assistance from Free support? They are overwhelmed! Thank you in advance. Best regards.
