Hello, since I've had this phone, I often receive empty SMS from unknown senders, and when I go back to the SMS menu, they disappear. What can I do to uncover them?

As far as I'm concerned, I have a P8 Lite 2017 that I’ve had for over a year. I've received several unknown SMS that also get deleted. And this has been happening recently.
Is it hacking? A hacker?

Hello, I have the same problem as you, I can't take it anymore. I went to my provider and they can't do anything. I factory reset my phone and it's still happening. I'm going to change my number and see if it's the SIM that's the issue or the phone itself! I have the P20 Lite, did you find a solution?

ps: do you receive this message in the middle of the night as well? Usually I get it around 1 a.m., and sometimes it happens that I don’t receive any for a week...

I also received this message so I think we should try to block the number (if there is one) and not open the message. I'm not an expert but I think it's a scam message.

The problem is not likely related to your phone but to the application that sends this type of message.

There is nothing that can be done except to block this type of messages. On Android, click on the Messages app, then settings, then Block unknown senders:
