Your response confirms what I stated in my previous message. Rather than providing answers, you mock those who are not at your exceptional level of competence, and therefore you do not lower yourself to respond to them. It is true that knowing how to place an arrow on a vector can be likened to learning how to ride a bike, and anyone should be able to do it. I suppose that when you were in school, no one explained anything to you, and you figured everything out on your own. Congratulations. A new Einstein has been born, and we didn't even know it. As for me, I often use Word 2007 but do not know it thoroughly, and I admit that I sometimes need help. Please excuse me, Your Grandeur.
Two small remarks:

• You call into question CCM. I have asked questions on other CCM forums and have always received attentive responses and precise answers.
• It seems that the word mutual aid is unknown to you. Yet, that is the principle of a forum.
