my HP OfficeJet 2620 printer displays error code OXC8190014 HI_MCASIC_HEAL
the light keeps flashing non-stop, I can't turn it off, when I press the button firmly it seems to show restarting and then goes back to the error message on the screen.
Please, what should I do? I can't afford to buy another one yet.

maybe the ink cartridges are not the right ones... or not approved..

Thank you, the cartridges are original, I have already done some prints, and suddenly I got this message (error code OXC8190014 HI_MCASIC_HEAL)
so now I can't use my printer, the power supply is fine, the screen lights up, but I can't print
even when opening the cartridge compartment, I can't remove them because the printer isn't working
