Grayed out and disabled network icon

Hello

I no longer have the network icon in the notification area when I right-click on the taskbar properties to customize, the network and maintenance center system icons are greyed out

I've been looking on forums for 15 days but nothing works, I think I'm missing something after running SFC/SCANNOW Windows found no integrity violations

    Look in the Device Manager under Network to see if you have any yellow triangles.

    go to Run (win+R)
    type services.msc
    go to network service list
    startup type to Automatic then OK
    and restart your computer.

    I just reset the notifications, but after restarting the computer, the icon still isn't there.

    To answer the 2 questions: 1st, no I don't have yellow triangles and the 2nd, network and maintenance are greyed out.
