The XLR connector of the cable is the female type, like >>>
Or it is stuck where I added arrows on your image.
That the connector requires a bit of force to separate from the mic is normal, but to get stuck…
Disconnect the cord from the mixer (or the amp). Then spray a liberating solvent (degreaser) with the nozzle where the arrows point. Wipe off the excess and wait 5 minutes. Then with a small electronics screwdriver or watchmaker’s screwdriver, carefully perform a light tapping between the two parts in small bursts all around. If it still binds too much, don’t force it and give it another spray of degreaser, then restart the procedure.
As for repairing the microphone connection part, guiding you remotely will be difficult because we need to see the damage up close. The best is to ask for help from a friend, or from you if you feel capable. After all, it doesn’t require force but rather meticulousness.
