Connection issues with my Xbox account

Hello, when I start my Xbox One and click on my account to log in, it shows a loading time that disappears just as quickly. I can't connect with this account at all, but it works with my second one. Can someone help me? Thanks.

In fact, as soon as my console wants to display the space to enter my password, it doesn't work, and it does the same for my other accounts. I'll try to log in to the Xbox site instead.
