Hello,
is there anyone who knows if we can remove the "in progress" mention from the printout without having to validate the invoices? The IT technician installed this version on my new computer and updated my old one, and I really don't like this version at all.
Thank you in advance
Best regards
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 67.0.3396.99

Hello Louange,
The mention "in progress" is there to remind you that your invoice is not validated. This is required by the "anti-fraud law" (Art. 88 of the 2016 Finance Law) implemented on January 1st. Your invoicing software must meet the conditions of unalterability, intangibility, security, and data archiving imposed by the VAT anti-fraud law. In principle, an invoice held by your client must be strictly identical to the one you have in your software. This protects both you and your client.
To remove this mention, you need to validate the invoice.
For your information, to your IT technician's credit, the update of your software has allowed you to comply with the law and thus protect you from any concerns from the tax administration in case of an audit (at least on this front).
