My phone vibrates but the screen stays black.

Some time ago, I accidentally dropped my Samsung J3 2016 smartphone. The screen gradually deteriorated until it turned off and wouldn't turn on again. I left my phone charging for more than 30 minutes, but nothing works. However, when I plug it in or turn it on, it vibrates but the screen remains black. The charging indicator does not show up. My mobile has never come into contact with water and only the glass is slightly cracked. I would like to have your opinion, as well as the approximate cost of a possible repair.
