Thank you for your quick response. The problem is that when I install Messenger on the new phone, I'm never asked to enter an ID or password; the only information requested is my number. I then receive a code that, when I enter it, leads to the creation of a new account. I tried to recover my old account using this new one, but I couldn't succeed.
