TNT audio issue without image

Hello,
I've had a problem for two days; I have sound on all my channels but no picture. I have a Metronic Zapbox HD-SO.1.1 decoder.
It happened suddenly; the picture started glitching until it froze, and now there is no picture at all. I still have sound on all my channels, which is fine, but no image.
Do you have a solution or any idea?

    Hi, I just had the same problem and I changed all the wiring... No result, and then I took out the disk... That didn't work either, and then I switched the power switch at the back of the device to Off... Miracle, it rebooted the decoder and the picture came back like magic (well, you have to switch it back to On:-)!!!

      Hi, same problem for me, I've tried everything but nothing works, the image freezes and suddenly the screen goes black. I can still hear the sound and I can see the channels I'm changing, but there's no image, just a black screen! Tucson TV, Métronic box.
