Unable to uninstall CCLEANER

Hello, I would like to uninstall CCLEANER but during the operation, the removal consistently gets stuck at a certain point (14%), the same happens if I try to clean with it stopping at about the same point.
I have tried going through uninstall but nothing works.

    Hello,

    Launch CCleaner
    Disable monitoring, uncheck the boxes.


    Try to uninstall it.
