Hello, one of my photos taken with my camera (a Canon EOS 1300D) does not display when I click on it; it shows up as several gray bars (in the photo gallery) but when it's stored as a small icon, I can see it (I'm not sure if I'm being very clear).
I've tried several software programs to recover it, but it's impossible; it always displays with gray bars (note that on these programs I only had access to the demo version and not the paid version). I am reaching out for help because I think that if I can see it as a small icon, I should be able to see it (in one way or another) in full size.
P.S.: I've also tried opening it with several "software programs" (photo galleries, paint, etc.).
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
To get help, could you provide some clarifications:
Is the photo not readable on the computer but is it readable on the Canon?
What is the file format, raw or jpg?
Which applications are you using to view the photos?
What OS?-
Hello,
On the device, the photo is marked as unreadable, the photo format is JPG, the application I use to view my photos is "photo gallery", "photos", "Windows photo viewer", etc., and even with "paint" but nothing works. I am on Windows and I have an HP, but all the other photos can be opened; besides, my friend also tried with her computer (which is running Windows 10 like mine) and nothing works either. -
