Hello,
I’ve had an Honor 9 Lite since this afternoon. It’s perfect, nothing to complain about except that when I receive a notification from an app (message, Snap, timer, music) on the lock screen, I get a notification banner that says "Content hidden." No matter what I try, I can’t get rid of it...
So how can I ensure that when I have a notification from an app on the lock or unlock screen, I can see the content, the recipient, etc???

It all depends on what you have chosen as your screen lock mode, and this does not take into account the power-saving mode, which can also disable them.
For example, if you have chosen facial recognition
go to settings, then security and privacy. Then in unlock by facial recognition, you need to uncheck "lock screen notifications, smart screen."
