Hello, I subscribed to an internet service with Parabole Réunion that ends on June 30, 2018, and lasted 24 months. I sent my termination letter, but they are asking me to pay termination fees of €50. Do I have to pay these fees? I have honored my commitment to Parabole for the duration. Someone contacted me saying that I still have to pay even if I no longer continue with them because it is stated in the contract they gave me. Thank you in advance. Best regards, Franceline P.
